Why are the wines from Cachi special🍷?

Because they are produced at 2600 m.a.s.l. in an extreme climate where all processes are more complex and resources are few. They represent the #altitude wines classification.

The interesting thing is that from all this work and effort, great wines from northern Argentina emerge that are worth knowing.

🍷 Vinos Adentro. In the heart of the Calchaquí Valley, under the snow-capped peak of Cachi, is this winery. Its owners, Viera Merz and Christian Gotz of Swiss origin, were captivated by the place and in 2005 they decided to make their wines here. There are 8 hectares where Torrontés, Merlot, and Malbec were planted to produce a few bottles of excellent wines. @vinosadentro

🍷 Miraluna. Vineyards and cabins where you can be next to grapes and under the stars. A project by Lucas Urtasun and his family, a man from Buenos Aires, with roots in Salta, who returned to his origins. They have the @cafedeltiemposalta in Cafayate and their malbec and merlot vines in #cachi. My favorite is #ekeko wine with a beautiful label and amazing flavors @miralunawines

Altitude wines are intense, colorful, and special. They show their terroir in each glass. And you, what other tall wines do you know? I´ll read your recommendation!
